Üzerine bisküvileri sıralayıp, en üste de sade krem şantiyi dökelim. Servis yaparken de çikolata sosunu dökelim. Bunu normal börek gibi yapıp yiyin derim.. Tam ölçü veremiycem, bayağı bir uzun süre oldu yapalı. Kenarlarından çekerek biraz daha büyütelim.(Aynı arnavut böreğindeki gibi). Çok inceltmeyin. Hamuru 6cm’lik kareler keselim. Kestiğimiz parçaların ortasına kıymaları yerleştirip bohça şeklinde kapatalım.Yağlanmış tepsiye katladığımız taraf alta gelecek şekilde dizelim. En üstünü tekrar yağlıyalım. Üstü kızarana kadar pişirelim. Sonra su koyup kaynatıcaz. Kaynadıktan sonra iri iri doğradığımız patatesleri ekleyip kısık ateşte yarım saat pişiricez. Bu arada yoğurup şekil verdiğimiz köfteleri fırında 10-15 dakika pişiricez. Bu işlemler pittikten sonra patatesli sosu tepsiye, köftelerin üzerine dökücez ve tekrar fırına sürücez. İsteğe göre domates ve sivri biberle süsleyebiliriz. Karışımı buzdolabı poşetinin içine boşaltıp şekil verin. Buzlukta en az 3 saat beklemeli.. Ağızda dağılan, müthiş bir kurabiye. Gayet basit ve az malzeme ile yapılan bu kurabiyenin püf noktası; fırından çıkarır çıkarmaz sıcakken pudra şekerine bulamanız. Böylece içinde şeker olmayan kurabiyelerimiz, pudra şekerini sıcakken içine çekicek ve sanki kendiliğinden şekerli gibi olucak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;Malzemeler:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 Paket yumuşamış sanayağ&lt;br /&gt;Aldığı kadar un&lt;br /&gt;yarım çay kaşığı vanilya&lt;br /&gt;yarım çay kaşığı kabartma tozu (silme)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;üzeri için:&lt;/span&gt; pudra şekeri&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yumuşak bir hamur olucak. Malzemeleri yoğurduktan sonra hamur toplanmazsa, çok az sıvıyağ ile hamuru toparlayabilirsiniz. Sakın tombik kurabiyeler gibi top top yapmayın. Gayet basık, ince şekiller vericeksiniz ki böylece şekeri tam içine çekebilsin. Fırında hiç rengi değişmiycek. Sadece kurabiyelerin altı çok çok az pembeleşince hemen fırından çıkarın ve bir kabın içine önceden boşaltmış olduğunuz pudra şekerine kurabiyeleri sıcakken bir ters bir düz bastırın. Hatta pudra şekerinin içinde bırakın öyle dursunlar. Kurabiyeleri tabağa dizdikten sonra, kalan pudra şekerini de üzerlerine dökün. Bu arada eğer evde pudra şekeri yoksa, normal toz şekeri blendır'dan geçirip elde ettiğiniz şekerle de yapabilirsiniz. Hatta o şekilde daha da güzel oluyor. İsteyen kakaolusunu da yapabilir. Bu böreğin özelliği, bol harcı olması, zeytinyağlı olması ve bir gece dolapta beklemesi. Ben özellikle cumartesi akşamından yapıp, pazar sabahı kahvaltısına pişirmeyi çok seviyorum...Mutlaka yapın derim..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Malzemeler:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;3 Yufka&lt;br /&gt;5 Patates&lt;br /&gt;tuz&lt;br /&gt;karabiber&lt;br /&gt;zeytinyağ&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Patatesleri kaynayınca çatalla sıcakken ez (daha kolay eziliyo, ben hatta püre gibi seviyorum). Tuzunu karabiberini ekle. Yufkaları zeytin yağı ile yağla. Patalesleri serpiştir, yuvarla, tepsiye diz (tabi bir yufkayı 2 ye bölüp kullanıyoruz). Üzerine yine zeytinyağı sür. Bir gece buzdolabında belket. Ben evdeki malzemelerden ve dana etinden yaptım. Çok da güzel oldu sizede tavsiye ederim. Maalesef fotoğrafını çekemedim başka bir fotoğrafla idare edin. Birdahaki yaptığımda çekip, yayınlarım. Gerçi bu resimdeki kadar sulu olmuyor su konmadığı için....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;Malzemeler:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;yarım kilo kuşbaşı et&lt;br /&gt;3 adet çarliston biber (iri iri doğra)&lt;br /&gt;3 adet domates (küçük küçük doğra)&lt;br /&gt;1 büyük soğan (ay şeklinde doğra)&lt;br /&gt;2 çorba kaşığı sıvıyağ&lt;br /&gt;4 diş sarımsak ( ezmeden koyulur)&lt;br /&gt;2 çay kaşığı dolusu tuz&lt;br /&gt;1 çay kaşığı karabiber&lt;br /&gt;1 çay kaşığı kırmızıbiber&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Etleri beklet. Kanını salınca süz. Sonra bütün malzemeleri karıştır. Bir kapta 15 dk beklet. Sonra varsa güveç, yoksa teflon tava veya tencereye yaydıktan sonra, üzerini alüminyum folyo ile kapat. 180 derece fırında, 1 saat 15 dk pişir.
